Shahrukh also brings extensive internal audit experience. He is a Chartered Accountant (Pakistan) finalist and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, with expertise in governance, risk and compliance, digital transformation and restructuring, financial feasibility and business planning, financial modelling, and due diligence.
